The FCE-100 is a high-output elevator suitable for elevating from a lower level to higher level. This unit is extremely useful in fully automatic lines where the output from the exit chute of a filling / sorting machine, which is at a lower level, is connected to the inlet chute of a polishing machine, which is at a higher level.

The machine sorts out diametrically defective capsules and ensures that only capsules of the correct size enter the capsule hopper of the fully automatic capsule-filling machine, ensuring a continuous feed of diametrically correct capsules. This eliminates stoppage of the automatic capsule-filling machine, which could occur due to presence of defective capsules in the loading station. The capsule sorter-cum-elevator is connected to the automatic capsule-filling machine's capsule hopper.

Tablet/Capsule Sorter
The Capsule Tablet Sorter is used for visual inspection of tablets, soft capsules, dragees and capsules to identify cosmetic defects such as spots, cracks, scratches, warts, missing corners etc. The visual inspection of the product is effected by one operator. The steady rotation of the inspection rollers ensures that the product is continuously being rotated in front of the operator. In addition, a mirror mounted on the opposite side guarantees reliable all-round product inspection.

The Mini Capsule Sorter is specially designed for automatic sorting of loose caps, loose powder and diametrically defective filled capsules. It can directly be coupled with any automatic capsule-filling machine.
FS-100
FS-100
The FS-100 enables inspection and sorting of filled capsules to eliminate dented, telescoped and opened-up capsules. The machine improves productivity of inspection and sorting by feeding filled capsules from the hopper at a controlled rate to the conveyor belt. The capsules are rotated 360o and in a zigzag manner on the conveyor and defective capsules are picked up manually. In the process, it also removes excess powder which is collected in the powder tray below the vibrator.

Metal Detection System
Metal Detection System
The Metal Detection system works on the Eddy Current principle using a focused electromagnetic field. It uses Dual Channel Phase Sensitive Detection for optimum detection of all metals (ferrous and non ferrous / non magnetic stainless steel).
It detects very minute particles of stainless steel and metal flakes inadvertently present in formulations.
